STILL HAVE QUESTIONS?

What is the Children’s Coaching Community Hub?

The Community Hub is a carefully curated space for educators, coaches, and heart-led professionals who believe in working the whole child – head, heart and soul. It is a safe, reliable and trusted space where you can learn, grow and professionally develop in the ways you want. The idea of the Hub is to connect coaches to coaches who all want the same things – more professional conversations, more ideas, more resources and more ways to empower children and young people.

Who else can join the Hub?

The Children’s Coaching Community Forum is accessible to trainees of Coaching The Future: The Children’s Coaching Course, who will be automatically included in the network. Members of the Forum can upgrade at any time to the Community Hub at a discounted rate.   Anyone else with an interest in children’s coaching who is looking to connect with like-minded professionals and develop their knowledge, skills and network can choose to join the Community Forum and Hub for an increased subscription fee.

Who runs the Hub?

Tess Colman, founder of Connect 3 Coaching has grown and runs the Children’s Coaching Community Forum and Hub. She is an experienced teacher and accredited member of The Association for Coaching with a successful and very busy coaching practice. Tess provides one to one coaching for children and young people in school as well as privately. She coaches teachers, parents and families as well as offering training, workshops and CPD to school staff. Tess’s latest project, Coaching The Future: The Children’s Coaching Course has proved a great success, providing fully accredited, professional coach training to groups and individuals, and certified by The Association for Coaching. Committed to best practice and quality assurance, Tess is now training with the British School of Coaching to gain a new qualification in Coaching Supervision.

Why should I join the Hub?

Being a Coach can sometimes get lonely. There’s a lot to juggle and it can be hard making all those decisions on your own. Think of the Hub as a professional guidance space – your go to for new ideas, resources, and importantly, connection with people doing the same things as you! Six live network meetings across the year will introduce new coaching tools and techniques, provide peer support and supervision, guest speakers on topics that matter most to you and high quality CPD training. With the Hub, you won’t need to make your coaching journey alone.
